HDI Provides Assistance to Enterprisers Affected by Flooding in North Sumatra

BeeFams, the floods that struck several areas in Sumatra last month left many families facing difficult times. When daily activities came to a halt and basic needs became a challenge, support and care meant more than ever. From this moment, the spirit of togetherness within HDI moved into action.

As part of the extended HDI family, a number of Enterprisers in North Sumatra were directly affected by the flooding in several regions. In response, HDI took concrete steps by distributing assistance through three HDI Centers in the affected areas: Medan, Sibolga, and Deli Serdang.

The assistance was provided in the form of basic necessities packages to help support families during the recovery period. A total of 13 families in Medan, 14 families in Sibolga, and 20 families in Deli Serdang received this support through their respective HDI Centers.
